Clinical observation and current literature indicate significant knowledge and skills gaps among physiotherapists regarding the effective application of modern manual therapy tools and strategies for evaluating and managing soft tissue dysfunctions. Specifically, limited expertise is evident in decompression (negative pressure) and compression (instrument-assisted/manual) techniques that target connective tissues such as fascia, muscles, and other soft tissues. The lack of these skills can hinder optimal patient recovery and therapeutic outcomes. Therefore, advanced hands-on training is essential to bridge these gaps and enhance therapeutic practice.
